Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution Organizes Seminar "Advantages of Resolving Intellectual Property Disputes through Mediation"
The seminar is dedicated to the importance and possibilities of applying mediation in disputes in the field of intellectual property, with the aim of familiarizing participants with the legal framework, domestic practice, and international experiences. Speakers including Maja Golović Vojinović, Executive Director of the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution; Dragana Ranitović, Head of the Intellectual Property Directorate at the Ministry of Economic Development; Milica Petrović Njegoš, Independent Advisor at the Directorate for Intellectual Property; Danijela Vukčević, Vice President of the Court of Appeal and Mediator; and Andrzej Gadkowski, Legal Expert at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva, will discuss copyright, patents, trademarks, industrial design, dispute resolution options via mediation, and international practices. Through expert presentations and experience exchange, particular focus will be placed on further enhancing the application of mediation in intellectual property disputes in Montenegro.
