Another 28 Newly Appointed Directors Started Training for Educational and Care Institutions

As part of the Training Program for Directors of Educational and Care Institutions, another 28 newly appointed directors began professional development this month, focusing on strengthening competencies needed for quality and responsible management of educational and care institutions. Trainers with decades of experience in legislation, administration, and finance guided participants through solving practical examples and dilemmas, as well as applying knowledge in everyday situations faced by managers. Through open discussions, experience exchange, practical tasks, and analysis of specific cases, participants gained a deeper understanding of complex legislative and administrative areas and ways to address them within the context of their work. The training program includes modules on planning, programming, organization, and monitoring of institutional work; teaching, educational, and learning activities; ensuring quality; human resource management; and modern school topics such as community partnerships, safe school environments, and digital spaces. The enhanced program emphasizes connecting professional development with daily practice, enabling managers to apply acquired knowledge to real situations and improve their work and the quality of their institutions. Last month, 29 other directors also began training under the same program, continuing the systematic investment by the Education Institute in the professional growth of educational leaders and capacity building for quality education improvement.
