Draft Law on Court Fees
Citizens, the scientific and professional communities, state authorities, political entities, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, the media, and all interested organizations and communities are invited to participate in the public consultation and contribute to the consideration of the Draft Law on Court Fees. The public consultation on the Draft Law on Court Fees will last 20 days from the date the public invitation is published on the Ministry’s website and the e-Government portal. Proposals, suggestions, and comments on the draft law may be submitted to the Ministry of Justice at Vuka Karadžića No. 3, 81000 Podgorica, or by email at miljan.kosovic@mpa.gov.me. The following documents are available for download: the Public Consultation Program on the Draft Law on Court Fees; the Draft Law on Court Fees; and the form for submitting comments, proposals, and suggestions.
