Minister Joković with associates visited works on the rehabilitation of Morački road at Konjsko mountain hut
Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management Vladimir Joković, with his associates, visited the Konjsko mountain hut in the Lukavica area, Nikšić municipality, where he spoke with herdsmen and farmers about living and working conditions at the mountain hut. The Ministry financed the rehabilitation and embankment of Morački road, while the Nikšić Municipality carried out works on a 1.9-kilometer section. During the conversation with residents, it was emphasized that road improvement is of great importance for the mountain hut residents, as it significantly facilitates access to cottages and properties, transportation of livestock and agricultural products, and daily functioning at the mountain hut. Herdsmen and farmers thanked the Ministry for its support, highlighting that investments in road infrastructure are a crucial prerequisite for the preservation of livestock farming and the retention of people at the mountain huts.
