Candidate Verification Data According to Public Announcement 02-100/26-1734/3 of the Real Estate Administration
We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of public announcement number 02-100/26-1734/3, published by the Human Resources Administration on May 27, 2026, for the needs of the Court for Misdemeanors in Podgorica for the position of Independent Officer, Clerk, Nikšić Department, will be held on July 31, 2026. - The content of the theoretical written test is determined by the method of random selection of 20 questions from the list related to knowledge of the constitutional system, organization, functioning, and procedures of government bodies, to which the candidate responds by choosing one of several offered answers. - The practical part of the written test includes two tasks related to the job description for which the announcement is conducted, selected randomly from 10 tasks, provided by the state body filling the position. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical part of the written test, or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade in the knowledge check of typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the announcement), may proceed to an oral interview. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the announcement can participate in the verification process. We emphasize that candidates must present an ID card or other personal document with a photograph for identity verification before starting the written test.
