Two People Detained for Disrupting Public Order and Peace at Concert in Spuž

Today, after midnight, in the town of Spuž, Danilovgrad municipality, on the platform below the bridge over the Zeta River, a disturbance of public order and peace occurred involving a verbal argument and physical contact among several individuals during the 'Spuško ljeto' event. During the incident, a police officer from the Danilovgrad Criminal Police Station was assaulted while on duty. Law enforcement quickly restored order and detained several persons for questioning. The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed; it was determined that no criminal offense occurred, only violations of public order laws. Two individuals, B.I. (36), both from Danilovgrad, were detained for violations under the Public Order and Peace Law, and a misdemeanor procedure has been initiated against them.
