Candidate Assessment Date for Public Advertisement No. 02-100/26-1818/3 for the Needs of the Ministry of Regional and Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations

We hereby inform you that the assessment of the knowledge, abilities, competencies and skills of candidates who meet the requirements of Public Advertisement No. 02-100/26-1818/3, published by the Human Resources Administration on 9 September 2026 for the needs of the Ministry of Regional and Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations, for the position of Independent Officer/Archivist in the General, Legal and Human Resources Affairs Service, will be held on the 29th. The practical task will be assessed according to the following criteria: the structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who achieve more than 50% of the points on the practical task, or candidates who receive a “satisfactory” rating in the assessment of typing, computer skills or a foreign language (if the advertisement requires such specific knowledge and skills), may proceed to the oral interview. During the oral interview for positions in the executive and expert staff categories, the following general competencies will be assessed: oral communication, commitment to learning and development, and cooperation. For positions in the expert-management staff category, in addition to the general competencies, managerial competencies will also be assessed, namely the ability to organize work and manage human resources and the ability to exercise strategic management. Only a candidate from the List of Candidates who meet the requirements of the advertisement may participate in the assessment procedure, namely: Note: before the written test begins, candidates must present an identity card or another identity document with a photograph to the Commission for the purpose of establishing their identity.
