Data Protection Training Course Organized for Representatives of Botanica Sector District, Municipal Enterprise Regia "Autosalubritate" and the Municipal Enterprise "Green Spaces Management Association" Chișinău

Today, October 1st, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized a training session on data protection for representatives of the Botanica Sector District, the Municipal Enterprise Regia "Autosalubritate," and the Municipal Enterprise "Green Spaces Management Association" in Chișinău. The training aimed to strengthen knowledge in personal data protection in the context of the upcoming legal framework coming into force on August 23, 2026, Law 195/2024. Participants asked numerous questions regarding the specific activities of their institutions, discussing practical situations and aspects related to the correct application of legal requirements in personal data processing. The discussions provided an opportunity to clarify relevant issues for the daily activities of the participating institutions and to identify necessary measures to ensure legal compliance. Through these training activities, CNPDCP reaffirms its commitment to promoting a culture of personal data protection and supporting public and private entities in fulfilling their responsibilities. The event was organized for 47 representatives of the institutions at the Botanica District Prefecture headquarters.
