Statement on the decisions of the Government of Montenegro made at the telephone session held on September 23, 2026
On September 23, 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of government members, the government decided on: 1. Report on the implementation of public competitions and approved projects in accordance with the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations in 2025; 2. Proposal for reallocating funds from the Current Budget Reserve for the implementation of the Ministerial Meeting of Economics within the Berlin Process scheduled for 30th September; 3. Proposal for reallocating funds from the consumption unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management to the consumption unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; 4. Personnel issues, including 4.1. Proposal for the termination of the mandate of a member of the State Appeals Commission.
