Public Call for Participation in Public Debate on the Draft Law on Management and Maintenance of Residential Buildings
Based on Article 15 of the Regulation on the Election of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives to the Bodies of State Administration and Conducting Public Debates in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of CG, no. 41/18 and 86/26), the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property announces a Public Call for participation in the public debate on the Draft Law on Management and Maintenance of Residential Buildings. The interested public (citizens, economic entities, scientific and professional community, government bodies, state administration bodies, non-governmental organizations, and other interested subjects) is invited to participate in the public debate. The public debate will last 30 days from the date of publication of the public call, i.e., until August 8. Comments, proposals, and suggestions can be submitted to the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property in written or electronic form at: IV Proleterske brigade number 19, 81000 Podgorica or via email at marko.vico@mdup.gov.me, using the form for submitting proposals, suggestions, and comments on the Draft Law. The draft law, along with the Public Debate Program, Impact Assessment Report (RIA), and the submission form, are available to the public on the e-Government portal. The Ministry will consider all received comments, proposals, and suggestions and will prepare a Report on the conducted public debate, which will be published on its website and the e-Government portal.
