The assessment under vacancy announcement No. 02-100/26-2937/2, published by the Human Resources Administration on 18 September 2026 for the position of Adviser III in the General, Legal and Personnel Affairs Service, will be held on Friday, the 6th, starting at 10:30 a.m., at the premises of the Human Resources Administration. The assessment will be conducted by a commission through a written test and an oral interview. The theoretical part of the written test will consist of 20 questions randomly selected from a list covering knowledge of the constitutional system, as well as the organization, functioning, working methods and procedures of state administration bodies. Candidates will answer by selecting one of several offered answers. The practical part of the written test will contain two tasks related to the duties of the position for which the vacancy announcement was issued. These will be randomly selected from 10 tasks submitted by the state authority where the position is being filled. Candidates who achieve more than 50% of the points in the practical written test, or candidates who receive a “satisfactory” rating in typing, computer skills or a foreign language, where such special knowledge and skills are required by the vacancy announcement, may take the oral interview. Only candidates from the list of candidates who meet the requirements of the relevant vacancy announcement may participate in the assessment procedure. Candidates are reminded that, before the written test begins, they must present an identity card or another identity document with a photograph to the Commission for identity verification.
