Montenegro and RCC Strengthen Partnership for the Digital Future of the Region
Minister Dukaj presented the priorities of the Ministry of Public Administration - reform of public administration, digital transformation, professionalization of the civil service system, and strengthening administrative capacities, emphasizing that Montenegro remains strongly committed to active participation in regional initiatives. 'The greatest progress in public administration reform is achieved when relevant partners cooperate, exchange knowledge, and jointly build European standards. The summit will serve as an important regional platform for knowledge exchange, strengthening cyber resilience, and improving digital security. 'The era we live in demands partnerships, not divisions. The stronger regional cooperation, the safer our institutions and the more certain the European future of all citizens of the Western Balkans,' said Dukaj. Participants expressed confidence that continued partnership through joint projects will contribute to faster reforms, stronger institutions, and a more successful European path for the entire region.
