European Commission survey: AI in healthcare and pharmaceuticals - Have Your Say

DG CNECT has launched a stakeholder survey to gather insights on the use of AI in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, focusing on the benefits, enabling factors and barriers to adoption.

The survey follows the publication of the Apply AI Strategy (October 2025) and seeks feedback on healthcare- and pharmaceuticals-specific actions, as well as the real-world impact and scalability of solutions ready for broader implementation. The findings will feed into future policy actions aimed at accelerating AI adoption across both sectors.

The survey is open to a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry representatives (including SMEs and AI solution providers), pharmaceutical companies, medical societies, patient organisations and industry associations.

The survey takes no more than 15 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential and will be analysed in aggregated form only. The deadline for responding is 26 June 2026 at 17:00 CEST.
