Statement on the decisions of the Government of Montenegro made at the telephone session held on July 6, 2026
On July 6, 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of government members, decisions were made regarding: 1. The opinion proposal on the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Maritime Safety Law (proposer MP Jovan Subotić); 2. The proposal for appointing a proxy - a representative of the state capital at the XIV extraordinary Shareholders' Assembly of Montecargo AD – Podgorica; and 2.2. The proposal for appointing members of the Supervisory Board of Montecargo AD – Podgorica.
