Public Announcement Regarding the Development of the Regulation on Conditions and Criteria for the Right to Mooring in the Municipal Part of the Port
The Ministry of Maritime Affairs informs the public that the development of the Regulation on conditions and criteria for exercising the right to mooring in the municipal part of the port is in its final stage. The adoption of this Regulation is mandatory for the Ministry based on Article 12, Paragraph 7 of the Law on Ports. During the drafting process, comments and suggestions were submitted by DOO "Komunalno" Tivat (operator of the Kalimanj Port), the Public Enterprise for Marine Property Management of Montenegro, and AD Marina Bar, as entities directly involved in implementing this regulation. The Ministry also received a request from NVU "Association of Mooring Users in Marina Bar" for timely information about the content of the upcoming Regulation, to which this response is provided. The Ministry carefully considered all comments, many of which were accepted wholly or partially and incorporated into the Regulation. All interested parties, port operators, user associations, and citizens, can submit their comments and objections to the draft Regulation within 7 days of publication via email: kabinet@mpo.gov.me. A detailed review of comments and responses from the Ministry, with explanations for each decision, is also available below this announcement.
