Berane: Criminal complaint filed against minor for grievous bodily harm on an eighteen-year-old
Officials of the Berane Department of Security, upon the order of the public prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Berane, filed a criminal complaint against a seventeen-year-old minor, suspected of causing grievous bodily harm to an eighteen-year-old victim. Around 01:00 AM during the music event "ThunderFest" on the Berane airport runway, during a fight with the adult victim, the minor inflicted serious injuries—specifically a broken nose. Police quickly identified the suspect. The competent public prosecutor was informed and indicated that the actions of the minor contain essential elements of the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm, and ordered that a criminal complaint be filed against him through the regular procedure.
