MPNI Representatives on Study Visit to Europass and Euroguidance Center in Serbia

As part of the CGEQD project, representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation participated in a two-day regional study visit to the Europass and Euroguidance centers in Serbia, held on the 22nd. In addition to the Montenegrin delegation, representatives from North Macedonia and Slovenia attended, aiming to exchange experiences, good practices, and enhance regional cooperation in career guidance, career development, and promotion of European learning and employment tools. During the visit, participants had the opportunity to learn about the work of the Europass and Euroguidance centers in Serbia, their key activities, national projects, and ways to connect with other European networks and initiatives. Participants emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation and experience exchange for further development of career guidance and counseling systems, as well as for more effective use of European tools that contribute to transparency of qualifications, mobility, and lifelong learning. The final part of the program focused on future development directions and opportunities to intensify regional cooperation, reaffirming a shared commitment to continue partnership and implement activities of common interest. The participation of Montenegrin representatives in this event contributed to strengthening regional ties and knowledge exchange with colleagues from the region, with the goal of improving career guidance services and supporting citizens in planning their educational and career development.
