Public Call for Proposals for the Election of the President and Members of the Rights Protection Commission in Public Procurement Procedures
In 2023, the Ministry of Finance – the Commission for the Proposal for the Election of the President and Members of the Rights Protection Commission in Public Procurement Procedures (hereinafter: the Commission), announces a public call for proposals for the election of the President and Members of the Rights Protection Commission in Public Procurement Procedures. Candidates for the President and Members must meet the general conditions prescribed by the Law on Civil Servants and Employees and the special conditions prescribed by the Law on Public Procurement. The President of the Rights Protection Commission can be a person with completed VII level of the national qualifications framework, a law degree, and at least five years of work experience, of which at least three years in the field of public procurement. Two Members of the Rights Protection Commission can be persons with completed VII level of the national qualifications framework, a law degree, passed the exam for work in state bodies, and two years of work experience in the field of public procurement. Two Members can be persons with completed VII level of the national qualifications framework, two years of work experience, at least one year of which in the field of public procurement, and passed the exam for work in state bodies. The criteria for selecting candidates for the President and Members of the Rights Protection Commission are: relevant experience in the field of public procurement and/or administrative procedures; assessment of the candidate's professional and expert competencies during the interview. Applications for the public call should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address: Ministry of Finance (for the Proposal for the Election of the President and Members of the Rights Protection Commission in Public Procurement Procedures) marked “For the Public Call for Appointment of the President and Members of the Rights Protection Commission in Public Procurement Procedures.”
