Public Call for CONSULTATIONS ON THE DRAFT SECTORAL ANALYSIS in the LGBTI field
Based on Article 12 of the Regulation on the election of representatives of non-governmental organizations to the working bodies of the state administration and the conduct of public debates in the preparation of laws and strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, number 41/18), the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights issues: for the area of protection and promotion of human and minority rights – protection and improvement of the human rights of LGBTI persons – a proposal of priority areas of public interest and necessary funds for financing projects and programs of non-governmental organizations from the Montenegro budget in 2027. The public consultations will last 15 days, from September 18, 2026, until October 5, 2026. The public call and the draft sectoral analysis can be downloaded here:
