Herceg Novi: Five persons detained after disturbance of public order and peace
Officials of the Herceg Novi Police Department detained five persons, including two persons of operational interest, due to disturbances of public order and peace in a public place in Herceg Novi. Police officers took measures and actions this morning regarding the disturbance that occurred around 01:50 AM in Gomila. During the execution of official measures and actions, certain persons obstructed police officers in performing their duties and did not comply with issued orders. They were detained for violations of Articles 7 and 10 of the Law on Public Order and Peace – insulting others and especially behaving arrogantly, shamelessly, or offensively in public, as well as inciting or provoking others to fight. They were also detained for violations of Articles 7 and 11 of the Law on Public Order and Peace – insulting others, especially arrogantly, shamelessly, or offensively, and obstructing police officers.
