July 16, 2026 - Amendments to the Sanctions List under UN Security Council Resolution 1533
In 2026, the UN Security Council Committee, established in accordance with Resolution 1533 (2004) concerning the Democratic Republic of the Congo, approved the addition of six individuals and two entities to its sanctions list, which includes individuals and entities subject to measures imposed by the Security Council under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter.
