Statement on the Decisions of the Government of Montenegro Adopted at the Telephone Session Held on 14 October 2026

On 14 October 2026, in accordance with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government, without holding a session and based on the obtained consent of the majority of Government members, decisions were made on: 1. The proposal for urban-technical conditions for preparing technical documentation for the construction of a social welfare facility on cadastral plot no. 3605, cadastral municipality of Nikšić, located in the Eastern Spatial Zone, urban unit 13 – Gračanica North, in the medium-density residential area (SS) under the General Urban Plan, within the scope of the Amendments to the Spatial-Urban Plan of the Municipality of Nikšić (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 72/24), Municipality of Nikšić, at the request of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Nikšić; 5. The proposal for urban-technical conditions for preparing technical documentation for the reconstruction, including extension and vertical expansion, of the Ilino Brdo border crossing, Municipality of Nikšić, on the M-7 Nikšić–Trebinje main road, within the scope of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 68/25), at the request of the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary and Phytosanitary Affairs; 6. The proposal for urban-technical conditions for preparing technical documentation for the reconstruction, including extension and vertical expansion, of the Dobrakovo border crossing, Municipality of Bijelo Polje, on the M-2 Bijelo Polje–Prijepolje main road, within the scope of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 68/25), at the request of the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary and Phytosanitary Affairs; 7. The proposal for urban-technical conditions for preparing technical documentation for the construction of a water supply system for the needs of the Kolašin 1600 Ski Centre, at a location comprising cadastral plots nos. 973/1, 971/1, 977, 978, 970, 927, 900/8, 1068, 1057/15, 900/7 and 940/1, cadastral municipality of Smrčje, Municipality of Kolašin, within the scope of the Special-Purpose Spatial Plan “Bjelasica and Komovi” (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 04/11), at the request of the Ministry of Tourism; 8.
