Public Call for Financial Support to Employers for Contracts with Apprentices - Dual Education

Based on Article 57a of the Law on Vocational Education ('Official Gazette of RCG', no. ), financial support is granted in the amount of 30% of the annual fee paid by the employer for these apprentices in accordance with Article 49 of the Law on Vocational Education. The financial resources are provided to the employer in a one-time payment, based on submitted application and proof of concluded indefinite employment contracts. * The application must include: name and headquarters of the applicant, name of the school from which the apprentices come, name of the educational program, the amount of financial support applied for; * Copies of indefinite employment contracts for at least three apprentices; * Proof of paid funds for dual education of the mentioned apprentices (by months and in total); * Confirmation from the competent tax authority of all due obligations paid by the employer for the previous year.
