Press Release on the Decisions of the Government of Montenegro Made at the Telephone Session Held on August 20, 2026
On the date, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of Government members, decisions were made regarding: 1. The proposal of the program to promote energy efficiency in hotels with a proposal for a cooperation agreement on the implementation of the Program to promote energy efficiency in hotels between the Ministry of Tourism and the Environmental Protection Fund. 2. Information on the signing of an amendment to the Grant Agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the purpose of financing the construction of the Mateševo - Andrijevica section, the Bar - Boljare highway. 3. Information on the status of the Special Investment Program of particular importance for the economic and financial interests of Montenegro as of August 31. 4. Proposal of the platform for the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign and European Affairs, Dr. Filip Ivanović. 5. Proposal of the platform for the participation of the delegation led by Ms. Simonida Kordić, Minister of Tourism, at the AIM Congress, from September 7-9.
