Montenegro Government Supports Social Impact Award Organization
The Government of Montenegro adopted the Information on institutional and financial support for the organization of the international event Social Impact Award (SIA) Summit in Podgorica in 2026. The Summit will gather around 150 participants from more than 20 countries across four continents, through over 50 workshops, sessions, discussions, and practical program contents. To support the organization of this international event, the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation allocated 50,000 euros, and the Government also approved a Donation Agreement between the Ministry and the NGO 'Center for Youth Education,' the implementer of the Social Impact Award program in Montenegro. Organizing the SIA Summit in Podgorica presents an opportunity to further strengthen the international visibility of Montenegro's innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem, connect young entrepreneurs and innovators with international partners, mentors, and experts, as well as to exchange knowledge and good practices in the field of social innovations and social entrepreneurship.
