Public Call for NPO Representatives to the Working Body for Preparing the Updated Water Management Strategy of Montenegro until 2035

In accordance with Article 3 of the Regulation on the Election of NGO Representatives to the Working Bodies of State Administration Authorities and Public Consultation in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 41/18), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management announces a Public Call for proposing NGO representatives to the working body for preparing the Program / updated Water Management Strategy of Montenegro until 2035. Based on Article 3 of the Regulation, NGOs with established activities and goals in water management are invited to nominate candidates for the working group. Nominations, along with necessary documentation, should be submitted to the archive of the Ministry at Rimski trg 46, Podgorica, with the note 'Nomination of candidate for the working group for preparing the draft Program / updated Water Management Strategy of Montenegro until 2035.' Nominations must be submitted on the prescribed form (Form 2) within 10 days of this call's publication. The Ministry will publish on its website within 7 days a list of proposed candidates who meet the conditions, including the names of the NGOs that proposed them. The Minister will then select a candidate from the NGO representatives who meet the criteria and have the most proposals, with ties broken by the Minister.
