Data Protection Training Course Organized for the Representatives of the State Protection and Guard Service of the Republic of Moldova
On September 7th, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized a training course for the representatives of the State Protection and Guard Service of the Republic of Moldova. The training took place in the context of a request from the institution, which, as a data controller, processes personal data, requiring proper preparation in applying legal requirements. The goal was to familiarize and sensitize the institution's representatives to the new legislative changes, to adapt and properly implement the regulatory framework. The main topics covered included updates to legislation effective from August 23, 2026. The event was held at the headquarters of the State Protection and Guard Service of the Republic of Moldova, with the participation of 45 representatives.
