The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property, based on Article 12 of the Regulation on the Election of Non-Governmental Organization Representatives to the Bodies of the Public Administration and Public Consultation in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 41/18 and 86/26), published on July 20, 2026, a Public Call for participation in consultations with interested public regarding the drafting of the Draft Law on Construction Products. The deadline for submitting proposals, suggestions, and comments was 15 days from the date of publication of the Public Call on the Ministry's website, i.e., until July 30, 2026. Within the prescribed period, no proposals, suggestions, or comments were submitted for the drafting of the Draft Law.
