Training for representatives of the National House of Social Insurance regarding the application of new provisions in the field of personal data protection
On July 31, 2026, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) organized an online training course in the field of personal data protection for representatives of the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS). The training covered the main obligations of data operators, applicable data processing principles, as well as the responsibilities of authorities and public institutions in ensuring respect for the rights of data subjects. It also addressed technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, risk identification and management, security incident notification, and documentation of data processing operations. Participants examined relevant situations related to their activities, emphasizing risks associated with improper data processing and measures to prevent and mitigate them. Through these training activities, CNPDCP strengthens its role in supporting public authorities in developing the necessary skills for correct application of data protection legislation, promoting an institutional culture based on responsibility, compliance, and good practices. The training was conducted online, with 106 representatives of the National House of Social Insurance participating.
