XXVII Session of the Committee for Monitoring the Implementation of the Strategy for Digitalization of Education

At the XXVII session of the Committee for Monitoring the Implementation of the Education System Digitalization Strategy 2022–2027, the Action Plan for improving the use of EdTech laboratories was discussed, along with the results of a survey on their usage conducted in February 2026. Special attention was given to increasing the number of students involved in activities, greater integration of EdTech laboratories into teaching, support for schools and teachers, and continuous monitoring of their use. There was also discussion about organizing activities through which students, using available digital resources, develop solutions for specific problems identified in their schools. The new system allows teachers to view and register for available programs, record professional development, and generate a biography, with plans for further improvement and integration with the licensing process in the future. It was agreed that members will update data on completed activities and initiate those not yet started to ensure planned obligations are fulfilled by the end of the year. The session also announced that the delivery of computer equipment purchased through a project supported by the European Investment Bank (EIB), covering around 260 locations, has been completed, and verification of the delivered equipment on the ground is underway.
