Kordić meets with Al Zejudij

Montenegrin Minister of Tourism and Chairwoman of the UN Tourism Europe Commission, Simonida Kordić, met in Dubai with the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, Tani bin Ahmed Al Zejudij. They discussed a concrete model of cooperation to attract investments from the UAE into Montenegrin tourism. The meeting took place within the AIM congress, a leading international platform for investments and connecting governments, investment funds, financial institutions, and the global business community. Montenegro's participation in this event is an opportunity to directly position domestic development projects before international investors and open specific channels for their realization. In this context, Kordić and Al Zejudij agreed that the relevant teams of both countries will establish direct communication and work on connecting potential UAE investors with specific tourism projects in Montenegro. "Montenegro will present projects that are investment-ready and developmentally significant, while UAE partners will assist in connecting them with relevant investment companies and international investors," said Kordić. She also presented Montenegro's investment opportunities in developing hotel and tourism capacities, infrastructure, congress tourism, as well as mountain, rural, active, and year-round tourism, with a special focus on the northern part of the country.
