Reminder: Open Calls under the CERV Program – Town Twinning and DAPHNE

The Ministry of Human and Minority Rights, as the National Contact Point for the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) program in Montenegro, reminds interested institutions and organizations about open calls for submitting project proposals within the CERV program. The CERV-2026-CITIZENS-TOWN-TT – Town Twinning call aims to encourage exchanges between citizens of different countries, their active participation in the democratic life of the European Union, and to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation at the local level. The CERV-2026-DAPHNE call, focused on preventing and combating gender-based violence and violence against children, as well as improving protection and support for victims of violence, is also open. The call offers relevant organizations and institutions the opportunity to contribute to violence prevention, strengthen protection systems, enhance cooperation among relevant actors, and create a safer and more equitable society through projects. Potential applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility conditions, priorities, mandatory partnership requirements, and other criteria outlined in the specific call documentation before preparing their project proposals.
