We hereby inform you that the assessment of the knowledge, abilities, competencies and skills of candidates who meet the requirements of Public Advertisement No. 02-100/26-2196/3, issued by the Human Resources Administration on 6 July 2026, will be conducted as follows. Each correct answer is worth one point, so the maximum score on the general test for each individual competency is 15 points. The practical task will be assessed according to the following criteria: the structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who achieve more than 50% of the points on the practical task, as well as candidates who receive a “satisfactory” rating in the assessment of typing, computer skills or a foreign language (if such specific knowledge and skills are required by the advertisement), may proceed to the oral interview. During the oral interview, the following general competencies will be assessed for positions in the categories of executive staff and expert staff: oral communication, commitment to learning and development, and cooperation. For positions in the category of expert-managerial staff, in addition to the general competencies, managerial competencies will also be assessed, namely the ability to organize work and manage human resources and the ability to exercise strategic management. Only candidates from the List of Candidates who meet the requirements of the advertisement may participate in the assessment procedure. Note: before the written test begins, candidates must present an identity card or another personal document with a photograph to the Commission for the purpose of establishing their identity.
