Candidate Verification Data According to Public Notice 02-100/26-1385/2 of the Montenegro Health Insurance Fund

We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of public notice number 02-100/26-1385/2, published by the Human Resources Department on April 24, 2026, for the needs of the Montenegro Health Insurance Fund for the position of Independent Advisor III, for coordinating the work of branch units/filials, Sector for Health Insurance and Normative Affairs, Department for Coordination of Branch Units, will be held on July 28, 2026. The practical task is evaluated based on the following criteria: structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task, or who receive a "satisfactory" grade on the knowledge test in typing, informatics, or foreign language (if such skills are required by the notice), may proceed to the oral interview. During the interview for positions in the category of executive and expert staff, the following general competencies are assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation. For positions in the category of expert-managerial staff, in addition to general competencies, managerial competencies are also assessed: ability to organize work and manage human resources, and strategic management skills. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the conditions of the notice can participate in the verification process. Note: Candidates are required, before starting the written test, to present their ID card or other personal identification with a photograph to the Commission for identity verification.
