Candidate Assessment Date for Public Notice No. 02-100/26-1628/3 for the Needs of the Employment Agency

We hereby inform you that the assessment of the knowledge, abilities, competencies and skills of candidates who meet the requirements of Public Notice No. 02-100/26-1628/3, published by the Human Resources Administration on 8 June 2026 for the position of Advisor III, workplace in Berane, within the Sector for Employment Preparation and Mediation – Department for EURES and Mediation in Employment Abroad, will be held on 22 October 2026. The practical assignment will be assessed according to the following criteria: structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who achieve more than 50% of the points on the practical assignment, or candidates who receive a “satisfactory” rating in the assessment of typing, computer skills or a foreign language (if the notice requires such specific knowledge and skills), may proceed to the oral interview. During the oral interview for positions in the categories of executive staff and expert staff, the following general competencies will be assessed: oral communication, commitment to learning and development, and cooperation. For positions in the expert-management staff category, in addition to the general competencies, managerial competencies will also be assessed, namely the ability to organize work and manage human resources and the ability to engage in strategic management. Only candidates from the list of candidates who meet the requirements of the notice may participate in the assessment procedure. Note: Before the written test begins, candidates must present an identity card or another identity document with a photograph to the Commission for identity verification.
