Public Call for NGOs to Participate in Consultations on DRAFT SECTOR ANALYSIS FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES FOR 2027 – Establishing Priority Areas

Based on Article 12 of the Regulation on the Selection of NGO Representatives in the Working Bodies of State Administration Bodies and Conducting Public Debate in Preparation of Laws and Strategies (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 41/18), the Ministry of Sports and Youth announces: NGOs are invited to participate in consultations on the DRAFT SECTOR ANALYSIS FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES FOR 2027. The sector analysis is prepared based on strategic and planning documents, after consultations with interested NGOs operating in the relevant public interest area, and serves as the basis for determining priority areas and necessary funds for financing projects and programs of NGOs, in accordance with the Law on NGOs (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, nos. 39/11, 37/17, and 84/24). The analysis is prepared to enable timely planning of the funds allocated to ministries responsible for areas identified as priorities by the Government for financing NGO projects and programs. Comments, initiatives, proposals, and suggestions can be submitted in a sealed envelope directly to the Ministry of Sports and Youth archive during working days from 7 am to 3 pm or by mail to: Ministry of Sports and Youth, Svetlana Kane Radević Street No. 3, 81000 Podgorica, marked “Public Consultations – SECTOR ANALYSIS – PROTECTION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES – SPORTS FOR ALL”, as well as electronically to the email addresses kabinet@ms.gov.me or ms@ms.gov.me. The person responsible for coordinating public consultations is obliged to promptly record all initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments. After the consultation process, the Ministry of Sports and Youth will prepare a report that includes an overview of participants and a review of received initiatives, proposals, suggestions, and comments.
