Montenegro's delegation, led by Minister of Transport Radoš Zečević, will participate in the seventh World Conference on Air Traffic (ATConf/7), which will be held from the 16th (Extraordinary) Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), scheduled to take place from the 19th.
