Public Call for Proposals for 3 NGO Representatives for the Working Group Drafting the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services
In accordance with Article 3 of the Regulation on the Election of NGO Representatives to the Bodies of the State Administration and Public Consultation in the Preparation of Laws and Strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. ...), the form for proposing NGO representatives, along with the documentation prescribed by this public call, should be sent exclusively by mail to: Ministry of Economic Development, Rimski trg No. 46, 81000 Podgorica. Marked as "Proposal for NGO Representative for the Working Group Drafting the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services – DO NOT OPEN." The documentation must be submitted within the deadline set by this public call. The Ministry of Economic Development will publish on its website https://www.gov.me/mek and the e-Government portal the list of proposed representatives who meet the criteria within 7 (seven) days after the deadline for submissions. After the legally prescribed deadline, the Ministry will select 3 NGO representatives with disabilities who meet the conditions of this call, based on the highest number of proposals received. If two or more candidates receive an equal number of proposals, the Ministry will decide on the representatives. The responsible organizational unit of the government body for this matter is the Directorate for Internal Market and Competition / Directorate for Normative Affairs and International Cooperation in the field of Consumer Protection and Competition.
