Statement on the decisions of the Government of Montenegro made at the telephone session held on August 4, 2026
On this day, in accordance with Article 10 of the Government Regulation, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of Government members, the following was decided: 1. Proposal of the law on amendments and supplements to the Law on the responsibility of legal entities for criminal acts, 2. Proposal of the action plan for the implementation of the recommendations of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) with a report on the implementation of the recommendations, 3. Proposal of the annual report on the implementation of the Youth Strategy 2023-2027 for the reporting period 2025. Proposal of the annual report on the implementation of the European Youth Card development program (EYC) 2025-2027 for the period 2025. Regarding personnel issues 6.1 Proposal for the dismissal of Aleksandra Popović, General Director of the Directorate for the Financial System and Policy Coordination at the Ministry of Finance, and 6.2 Proposal for the appointment of Jelena Davidović as acting General Director of the Directorate for the Financial System and Policy Coordination at the Ministry of Finance.
