Budva: Second night of the 'EXIT 2 Montenegro – Sea Dance Edition' festival passed peacefully, citizens' and visitors' safety a police priority

The second night of the 'EXIT 2 Montenegro – Sea Dance Edition' festival in Budva, held on the night between 29th, passed peacefully, without disturbances to public order and peace, incidents, or other events that could threaten the safety of citizens, tourists, and festival visitors. Over 20,000 citizens and tourists were present at the Bečići beach area during the second festival night, and thanks to planned and coordinated police activities, the event took place in a safe and stable environment. Officers from the Regional Security Center 'South' – Budva Security Department, with support from other organizational units of the Police Administration, successfully implemented planned activities to secure the festival area and the wider region, as well as to regulate and ensure smooth traffic flow. To promptly detect and prevent potential incidents, police officers, in accordance with Article 93 of the Law on Internal Affairs, recorded the public event and monitored the wider area using police drones. The Police Administration will, in cooperation with relevant local government services, undertake all activities within its competence to ensure the festival continues in a safe environment and to confirm Budva and Montenegro as a safe and reliable tourist destination during the event.
