Instructions on How to Initiate the Procedure and Form
The procedure for free access to information is initiated by a written or oral request from the person seeking access to information. A written request for access to information is submitted to the authority: an oral request for access to information is submitted directly to the Ministry in a record, which is obliged to accept that request without delay. The Ministry is obliged to issue or deliver an appropriate proof to the applicant that the request for access to information has been received.
