Inclusive Education and Improving Teaching at the Focus of Training for Leaders of Educational Institutions
The third module of the Training Programme for Leaders of Educational Institutions, “Teaching/Educational Work and Learning,” focused on contemporary approaches to teaching and learning, with particular emphasis on inclusive education. As part of the enhanced programme, the module was further strengthened with content addressing the recognition of diverse educational needs and the creation of conditions for the equal participation of all students in the educational process. Through expert presentations, interactive activities and discussion, participants connected theoretical knowledge with concrete situations from educational practice, encouraging the exchange of experiences and reflection on how the acquired knowledge could be applied in their institutions. Leaders play an important role in this process, contributing through their work to creating conditions for high-quality teaching, supporting teachers and developing an institutional culture in which diversity is recognised as a value. Continuous professional development for leaders contributes to the development of the professional knowledge and skills needed for responsible institutional management, improving the quality of teaching and creating a stimulating environment for the learning and development of every student. The programme continues with the module “Ensuring the Quality of Institutional Work,” in which participants will address external evaluation and self-evaluation as important mechanisms for monitoring, assessing and improving the quality of work in educational institutions.
