New Electronic Service for Employees in Educational Institutions

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation has created a new electronic service intended for employees in educational institutions, as part of the Education Information System of Montenegro – Electronic Portfolio. The Electronic Portfolio allows all relevant data about the professional work and development of employees in education to be kept in one place, in a simple and clear manner. This way, education employees gain a unified and up-to-date insight into their professional path, while simultaneously improving the efficiency of administrative processes and the quality of data available to the education system. The introduction of the Electronic Portfolio also results from the implementation of the Digitalization Strategy for the Education System 2022–2027 and the Education Reform Strategy 2025–2035, which recognize digital transformation and the enhancement of professional development as priorities. By introducing the Electronic Portfolio, the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation continues the process of digitalizing the education system, aiming to create a modern, transparent, and efficient environment for all employees in educational institutions in Montenegro.
