Decree on Requirements for Extraction Solvents
The Government of Montenegro has adopted a Decree on requirements for extraction solvents, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro, number 109/2026 on the 27th. The Decree stipulates the requirements that extraction solvents must meet when placed on the market or used in the production, processing, or handling of food. The Decree transposes Directive 2009/32/EC on extraction solvents used in food and food ingredients, with amendments and supplements, into national legislation.
