Podgorica: Police officers are acting on KCCG report; investigation ongoing
In response to media interest and correspondence sent to our address, we inform you of the following: Officers of the Podgorica Security Department are acting on a report submitted via phone by a person employed at the Clinical Center of Montenegro in Podgorica, stating that two female patients arrived at this healthcare facility after treatment or application of a substance, allegedly botulinum toxin. Police officers have informed the state prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica about the incident. Officers of the Podgorica Security Department, in coordination and on the prosecutor's order, are taking all necessary measures and actions to establish all facts related to the reported event.
