Date of candidate verification for public competition 02-100/26-1624/3 of the Employment Agency of Montenegro
In 2026, the Employment Agency of Montenegro announced the need for an assistant director position - Sector for records, statistics, and research in employment. The verification of candidates who meet the conditions of the public competition for filling the position from the category of senior officials is conducted in accordance with the competition conditions and the Regulation on criteria and procedures for verifying knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities for work in state bodies. Each correct answer on the test is scored with one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. Candidates who score at least eight points in each competency on the general test submit a written work to the Commission, which includes: prioritization and proposals for improving work processes or the state of the area for which the candidate is appointed. The written work is evaluated based on specific competencies such as analysis ability, prioritization, innovation, initiative, clarity, and structure. During the structured interview, general competencies like oral communication, learning orientation, cooperation, and managerial skills such as work organization and human resource management are assessed. Only candidates from the candidate list who meet the public competition conditions can participate in the verification process. Candidates must present their ID or other photo ID to the Commission before the verification begins.
