New Sports Facility to Improve Conditions for School Sports in Bijelo Polje
Dr Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović visited the “Braća Ribar” Primary School in Bijelo Polje, as well as its “Brzava” branch, where an open multifunctional sports facility has been built. “We must work to provide children with the best possible conditions for physical education and sports activities, because investing in school sports means investing in the health and future of our youngest,” Jojić said. Minister Jakšić-Stojanović emphasized that the construction of the sports facility at the “Braća Ribar” branch represents an important step toward improving conditions for students’ education and time at school. “Our goal is for children, regardless of whether they attend classes in urban or rural areas, to have equal opportunities for learning, physical development, and participation in sports. By investing in school sports facilities, we promote healthy lifestyles and create space for students to develop their potential through physical activity and socializing,” Minister Jakšić-Stojanović said. The visit was also an opportunity to highlight once again the importance of cooperation between the two ministries in creating better conditions for education, physical development, and the healthy upbringing of children.
