Gjeloshaj: Strengthening the regional market means more space for investments, development, and new jobs

Nik Gjeloshaj participated in the 'Economic Conference Montenegro 2026', organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, where he spoke at the panel 'One Region'. Gjeloshaj emphasized that the Berlin Process has significantly contributed to creating a more connected economic space in the Western Balkans and that it is important to continue with concrete initiatives that further strengthen regional economic cooperation and connect regional economies. 'We have concrete results to build upon and further improve the conditions for doing business so that companies can more easily utilize the opportunities offered by the regional market.' At the end of the conference, Minister Gjeloshaj addressed the participants regarding the 'WB6 Industrial Parks Partnership Signing Ceremony', during which representatives of seven industrial parks and business zones from the region signed memoranda of cooperation with partners from the European Union. Gjeloshaj highlighted the importance of concrete forms of regional cooperation, especially in developing industrial parks and business zones, attracting investments, and creating new business opportunities. What they have in common is the ability to create better conditions for industrial development and new investments, thus providing better opportunities for the people working in them.
