Candidate Verification Data According to Public Announcement 02-100/26-1090/3 for the Needs of Basic State Prosecutor's Office Plav

We inform you that the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of candidates who meet the conditions of public announcement number 02-100/26-1090/3, published by the Human Resources Department on May 8, 2026, for the needs of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office Plav for the position of Independent Advisor III – for Free Access to Information, will be tested on July 28, 2026. Each correct answer on the test is awarded one point, with a maximum of 15 points per competency. The practical task is evaluated based on criteria such as the structure of the written work, systematic presentation of information, clarity and precision of written expression, use of appropriate terminology, and problem-solving ability. Candidates who score more than 50% on the practical task or who receive a 'satisfactory' grade on the knowledge test in typing, informatics, or foreign language (if these skills are required by the announcement) may proceed to an oral interview. During the interview for positions in the executive and expert categories, the following general competencies are assessed: oral communication, learning and development orientation, and cooperation. For positions in the expert managerial category, in addition to general competencies, managerial competencies are also evaluated, including work organization and human resource management skills, and strategic management ability. Only candidates from the Candidate List who meet the announcement conditions can participate in the verification process. Note: Candidates must present their ID card or other identification with a photograph to the Commission before starting the written test to verify their identity.
