Nikšić: Operative person of interest arrested on wanted notice
Officers of the Nikšić Department of Security, undertaking intensive activities to locate and apprehend persons with active warrants, located and detained an operative person of interest, L.P. (21) from Nikšić, who is linked to an organized criminal group and suspected of crimes involving elements of violence. Yesterday, police officers, implementing tactical and investigative measures, located L.P. and conducted a search of the premises where he was staying, during which marijuana, 126 tablets, and a mobile phone were found and seized for further analysis. A warrant for his arrest had been issued by the Nikšić Department of Security for his apprehension and transfer to the competent state prosecutor's office. Additionally, upon order of the public prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, he was detained on suspicion of committing two serious bodily injury crimes in the recent period, affecting two individuals in separate incidents within the municipality of Nikšić.
